Noble Sleep – Shipping Policy

At Noble Sleep, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. All orders are packed with care and shipped using Australia Post.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.
We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, or Australia Post delays.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. All international orders are sent from Australia through Australia Post.
Once the parcel arrives in your country, it will be handled and delivered by your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc.).

  • Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and local postal operations.
  • Your Australia Post tracking number will continue to update as your local postal service processes the package.

Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package on the Australia Post website, and once in your country, through your local postal service’s tracking page (when available).


Wrong Address or Missing Information

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
Noble Sleep is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us at support@noblesleep.com and we will assist in resolving the issue with Australia Post or the respective local postal carrier.
