Noble Sleep – Return & Refund Policy

At Noble Sleep, your comfort, breathing, and overall experience matter to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
If the product isn’t right for you, simply contact us and we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

  • Returns are only accepted for orders purchased directly from noblesleep.com.

How to Start a Return

Email our support team at support@noblesleep.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@noblesleep.com


Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Email us at support@noblesleep.com and we’ll arrange a quick exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used nasal strips cannot be refunded unless defective.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we cover all shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
